The Wisconsin Badgers finished last season 25-8 and won a share of the Big Ten regular season title. They went on to get a 3 seed in the NCAA Tournament before losing to Iowa State in the second round. The Badgers are losing almost 35 points, 12 rebounds, and 4 assists per game from this year’s squad with the departures of Johnny Davis (drafted by the Wizards) and Brad Davison (graduated), but Greg Gard is an incredible coach (144-78), so Wisconsin will probably still be a very good team next season. This should be a great road test for the Deacs early in next season. Wake Forest is 13-6 all time in the Challenge with a 5-4 record on the road.
The rest of the matchups are allegedly as follows:
North Carolina at Indiana
Ohio State at Duke
Virginia at Michigan
Georgia Tech at Iowa
Minnesota at Virginia Tech
Wake Forest at Wisconsin
Rutgers at Miami
Penn State at Clemson
Syracuse at Illinois
Purdue at Florida State
Boston College at Nebraska
Pitt at Northwestern
Maryland at Louisville
Should be another exciting year for the ACC-Big Ten Challenge.
Go Deacs!
