The ACC slate is officially here, which means that from this point on, the Deacs will be playing conference opponents until the end of the season. Starting things off, Wake will take on the 14th ranked Duke Blue Devils, who somehow always get to play Wake during break with no students in the Joel. Duke once again comes in with the #1 ranked recruiting class and a team that features five 5-star recruits. Leading the way for the Blue Devils this season is 7-foot freshman Kyle Filipowski, who is averaging 15 points and 9 rebounds per game, and Junior Jeremy Roach, who adds 13 points and 3.5 assists per game. With Wake’s NET ranking dipping into triple digits, the Deacs need to start adding some quality wins to their resume if they want to get back into position to make a run at the Tournament. A win today would go a long way to erasing the previous week and put the Deacs right back on track.

Go Deacs!
