The Wake Forest Women’s Basketball Team had three players gain All-ACC honors for the 2020-21 season. The Deacs finished the season 11-11 overall and 8-10 in the conference, making them the 9 seed in the upcoming ACC tournament.
Senior forward Ivana Raca was a consensus First Team All-ACC selection, becoming the 4th Wake Forest player to gain the honor.

Raca led the Deacs this season with 16.8 points and 9 rebounds per game and picked up 7 double-doubles in her senior season.
Senior guard Gina Conti grabbed Second Team All-ACC honors.

Conti was the floor general for the Deacs this season, and led the team with 4 assists per game and added 14.3 points per game.
Freshman guard Jewel Spear was named to the ACC All-Freshman team in her first season with the Deacs.

Spear averaged 10 points per game and made a team high 46 3-pointers on 39% shooting from downtown.
The Deacs are currently on the bubble to make the NCAA Tournament for the second time in school history. Wake will likely need to win a couple of games in the ACC Tournament this week in order to assure they are going dancing. The Deacs play North Carolina at 12pm this Thursday on Fox Sports South.
