The Deacs are on the road again tonight and going to head to head with the Syracuse 2-3 zone. Wake has struggled with the zone in the past due to an inability to shoot the deep ball, but this year this Deacs are shooting 35% from the 3-point line in conference play, good for the 5th best in the ACC. The zone could mean a big game from senior Andrien White, who is averaging 17.2 points per game and shooting 40% from beyond the arc over the past 5 games. So long as the Deacs don’t purposely trap themselves in the corner, they should have a good chance to bring a W back to Winston Salem.
