We’re finally at the final home game of the 2019-2020 basketball season, and the Deacs are set to take on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. The obvious key matchup in this game will be between John Mooney (16.6ppg, 12.7 rpg) and Olivier Sarr (12.9ppg, 8.5 rpg). Whichever one of those 2 impacts the game the most and stays out of foul trouble (and gets more time on the Iso cam) will likely lead their team to a victory. Looking at the standings (before Saturday’s games take place), a win would move Wake into a tie for 11th place in the conference with VT, Miami, and Pitt. Let’s see if the Deacs can build off their upset win over Duke and win back to back ACC games.
