In spite of not playing a game in literally almost a month, Wake Forest football has gotten some good news during this extended break.
In late November, Jaquarii Roberson was named to the Biletnikoff Award Watch List.

Congratulations @quarii25 ⤵️
The award goes to the outstanding receiver of the year in college football as voted upon by a national selection committee.
Earlier this week, Nick Sciba was named to the Lou Groza Award Semifinalist list for the second consecutive season.

The award is presented annually to the top college football kicker in the nation as voted upon by a panel of coaches, writers, and sportscasters.
This season, Roberson has 45 receptions for 657 yards and 4 touchdowns, and is averaging 14.6 yards per catch in 7 games. He has been Sam Hartman’s top target all year, and has had three games with over 100 receiving yards.
Sciba set the NCAA record for consecutive made field goals last season, but struggled early on this year. After a rough start, he is now 12-15 on field goals including 2-3 from 20-29 yards, 4-5 from 30-39 yards, and 6-7 from 40-49 yards. He has made all 30 of his extra point attempts, and has scored 66 points so far this season.
Congratulations to Jaquarii and Nick for being named to these lists! Go Deacs!
