Being 6-6, 250 lbs, Puryear comes to Wake immediately as one of its’ largest players and I am ALLL the way ok with that. He seems to be slotted to move more inside and use his size and abilities against Guards and Centers and would get at least a year to get stronger and be more comfortable moving to the next level. If me moves inside he’d be behind strong interior linemen like Miles Fox and Tyler Williams, two great people to learn the craft from when just starting out. His tape shows just how disruptive he can be and it’s something very exciting to watch and project him to get even better.
