Michael Frogge, a composite 3 star tight end recruit out of Northern Guilford High School in Greensboro, NC has become a Demon Deacon. He's a big, strong target at 6'5", 225, and committed to Wake Forest on April 10, 2019 over offers from Tulane, Georgia State, Elon, Coastal Carolina, Charlotte, Appalachian State, South Carolina, and Louisville. 247sports ranks Frogge 1668th overall nationally, the 45th ranked tight end nationally, and the 31st best in the state of North Carolina.
New Wake Forest TE commit Michael Frogge: "Wake was kind of always number one. Once I got that offer, I kind of knew that was going to be the school I wanted to go to.” Story on the newest member of the 2020 class for the Deacs here:

A potentially nice complement to fellow TE commit Trey Boll, Frogge seems more inclined to catch in traffic and get the better of defenders through effective route running and double moves. I could see Michael being an invaluable red zone target, possibly a Cam Serigne type, which the offense has been rather sorely missing at points this season.
Here is a link to his Hudl highlights.
Welcome to the family Michael, and Go Deacs!
