ESPN has named Nick Sciba their choice for All-American kicker. That makes sense given that Nick had an absolutely incredible season. He broke an NCAA record for consecutive field goals made without a miss, a record that had stood since 1980-81. He finished 24 of 25 on the season, the only miss being the one that ended the streak.
The Associated Press named Nick Third Team, behind Iowa's Keith Duncan and Georgia's Rodrigo Blankenship.
Nick absolutely deserves this honor, but also shout out to Dom Maggio and Dayton Diemel, who held and long snapped respectively during the streak. I'm so proud to call all three of them Demon Deacons.
