The Wake Forest Demon Deacons travel to Blacksburg to take on the Virginia Tech Hokies. A win would put Wake further in the driver’s seat of their New Years 6 bowl aspirations as they have Clemson, Duke, and Syracuse after this game.

Oddly enough, like Adam pointed out, the Deacs haven’t won in Blacksburg since 1983 (mostly because Wake has only played there one time after 1983 since then). Winning on Bud Foster night would be huge and that would likely mean a big game from QB Jamie Newman.
