After a few days of consternation as to whether or not the Boston College at Wake Forest game would be played on Thursday due to the threat of Hurricane Florence, the ACC has announced that the game will in fact take place, but will be moved up to 5:30 on Thursday.
The game will also still be aired on ESPN, which is a nice feature of this move too.

While there should still be some wind and possible bad weather, this should allow Boston College to get back home after the game and also all the fans who choose to attend the game.

Obviously there are much more important things going on other than college football in the whole scheme of things, but this is a big game for both Boston College and Wake Forest. Both teams are 2-0 and a win would go a good ways towards challenging for the second spot in the ACC Atlantic.
We will keep you updated as things come in, but as of now the game has been moved to 5:30 on Thursday.
