File the title under things I didn’t think I would ever write on this blog, but former Wake Forest Demon Deacon John Collins had a ferocious dunk on the reigning MVP Russell Westbrook tonight in Atlanta.

Hey, forget the fact that Russ notched his 100th career triple-double or that the Oklahoma City Thunder beat the Atlanta Hawks 119-107. The important thing here is that our guy John Collins continues to put in some nasty highlight reels in his first year in the NBA.
Collins finished with 10 points and 9 rebounds in the latest iteration of what has been a successful year for the rookie. Despite having his playing time limited at the beginning of the year, and still struggling to stay on the court at times due to foul trouble, Collins is averaging 10.3 PPG and 7.0 RPG.
I also learned tonight that Raymond Felton is still in the NBA and went 2-9 tonight from the field, which feels about right.
