Wake Forest at Duke set for 12:30 kickoff

RSN will broadcast the Deacs-Devils In what is setting up for a big game on both sides

NCAA Football: North Carolina at Duke Nell Redmond-USA TODAY Sports

The regular season finale for the Wake Forest Demon Deacons and the Duke Blue Devils in Durham on Saturday, November 24th has been set for 12:30, and will air on RSN.

Aside from being a big game for recruiting purposes and bragging rights, this game will also decide the “State Championship”, and could determine whether or not Wake Forest will make a third straight bowl. The Deacs currently sit at 5-5 and should it lose to Pittsburgh this week (opened as a 6.5 point underdog), then it will need to defeat Duke in Durham next Saturday to make a bowl game.

Both teams are coming off of in-state victories from this past weekend. The Blue Devils defeated the woeful Tar Heels 42-35, while the Deacs stunned the No. 14 N.C. State Wolfpack in Raleigh by a score of 27-23.

Duke travels to Death Valley to take on the No. 2 ranked, and undefeated Clemson Tigers at 7 PM. The Wake-Pitt kickoff is set for high noon on Saturday.
