Wake Forest gets their chance against the defending ACC champions in the Clemson Tigers. In the battle of freshman quarterbacks, Clemson’s Trevor Lawrence has been ruled healthy to face Wake’s Sam Hartman.

The Deacs offense will try to get the running game going while also feeding WR Greg Dortch. Clemson will try to attack the suspect Deacs secondary as the Tigers try to get Trevor Lawrence ready for the rest of the season. The Tigers also boast great running back play, especially with Travis Etienne, who has 594 rushing yards (8.1 avg) with eight touchdowns.

Although having an upfield battle, the Deacs can use this game as a barometer for the rest of ACC play.

Go Deacs!
