Wake Forest puts it on the road for the first time in 2017, heading north to take on Atlantic Division foe Boston College. This game is huge not only because it’s #therivalry, but because both teams need it to be a win if it wants to make it back to a bowl game. The line opened as BC -3, but has been bet down to a pick’em according to VegasInsider. The Deacs are 1-0 this year Against The Spread (ATS), covering the 42.5 needed against Presbyterian in its 51-7 victory.
Overall I expect this to be a bit more uptempo and higher scoring than the past few games in this series have been. Both teams want to push the tempo a bit on offense and the game could come down to a special teams play or two, where I would say Wake has a decided advantage.
