Roll The Quadcast had a special Monday night episode following a weekend on the road for both Rob and Riley. Last week’s podcast focused on the offense and what to expect at key positions, so this week the duo discussed the defense and special teams side of things.
The 40 minute podcast featured some talk on key players to watch at the linebacker position, particularly D.J. Taylor, who has seemingly emerged as the true freshman that might see some playing time this year.
They also opined on the state of the secondary and the lack of depth behind Cameron Glenn and Jessie Bates at the safety positions. Another topic was who is slated to start at the cornerback position(s) come next Thursday night.
