Wake’s quarterback posted a ridiculous video on his Instagram

Wake Forest quarterback John Wolford posted a video to his Instagram page of a ridiculous throw into a trash can with receiver Greg Dortch and defensive back Cameron Glenn filming.

That’s quite an arm that Wolford is showing off, and if he can pull off throws like this in a game, Wake will be in great shape this season!
