Cam Serigne named Preseason First Team All-ACC

Wake Forest senior Cam Serigne was picked today to the Preseason All-ACC team by the ACC media. While Serigne was the only Demon Deacon picked to the first team, he was by far the most popular pick at the tight end position, accusing 96 votes, while Miami’s Chris Herndon IV of Miami was second in voting with 29 votes.

Other Wake Forest players receiving votes include: Ryan Anderson, Justin Herron, and Phil Haynes (OL), Duke Ejiofor (DE), Jaboree Williams (LB), Jessie Bates III (Safety), Mike Weaver (PK), and Dom Maggio (P).

Serigne is the only Demon Deacon projected to make any of the 3 All-ACC Teams at the end of the year.
