The camp will help determine the squad that will represent the USA in the Fiba World Championships in Egypt in July.
Head coach Danny Manning is an assistant on the team, and it is coached by the Kentucky Wildcats head coach John Calipari.
Brown finished his high school career ranked as the 31st player in the country according to ESPN.com, and is slated to make an immediate impact for the Wake Forest Demon Deacons next season.
While it may be difficult for Brown to make the final roster, he would be the first ever Wake Forest player to represent the USA at the U19 World Championships.
This is a great chance for Brown to hone his game and compete against some of the younger players in the USA. It is also a chance for Manning to go ahead and work with him a bit, as well as the other talented players.
This presents a fantastic opportunity for Danny Manning, Chaundee Brown, and Wake Forest as a whole from a recruiting standpoint.
Congrats to Chaundee and we wish you nothing but the best in your tryouts!
