Editors Note: This article will remain pinned to our Football Recruiting Section for ease. Thanks to Tomahawk Nation for this layout.
The chart above is an active scholarship chart for football to the best of our knowledge right now. Currently Wake Forest is using 83 scholarships, two short of the 85 maximum limit.
A few important notes:
- Kendall Hinton is listed as a junior, but he should have 3 years left assuming his medical redshirt is accepted after his “senior” year. Since those aren’t applied until that time we have left him under the junior column.
- The current status of Zeek Rodney is unknown to us, but we have given him a scholarship spot based on what we have heard around the program. If that changes we will remove him. At the very least we have an open scholarship for him in case he does return, so that’s good enough for now.
- The incoming freshman class currently has a column of their own until it is determined who is redshirting and who is playing this year. Once a redshirt is removed a player will be moved into the 2020 column.
- Changes will be made once a week, or if any big news comes out. This is a fluid table.
In addition to the chart, here is a color-coded chart by year of the players:
