It’s time for the final simulation of the year. Before we get to the Belk Bowl prediction, let’s take a quick look at how The Simulation™ fared this season. It was a tale of two halves for our beloved machine; After not participating in the first two games (due to the fact that I didn’t have this idea until the Utah State game), The Simulation managed to go 6-1 through the Notre Dame. From there, things went down hill in a hurry, as it finished the season on a 3 game losing streak. That brought its total record to 6-4 on the season.
With that out of the way let’s take a look at what we can expect this Friday. For any Texas A&M fans who are new around these parts, we simulate 10 games on NCAA Football 14 for Xbox 360 with updated rosters.

Though this one is about as close as we have seen this year, it appears The Simulation™ is taking the Aggies by around 2.5 points, which is picking against the spread of Wake -3. It also has both teams winning 5/10 games, which is slightly lower than the 60% chance of victory the ESPN Matchup Predictor gives the Deacs.
If you take out the outlier, game 6, the average score becomes Texas A&M 23.8, Wake Forest 23.7. Clearly The Simulation™ believes that this game will be incredibly close.
For our sake, lets hope our machine continues its losing streak and finishes the year 6-5.
