Danny Manning and the coaching staff had secured the commitment of four outstanding basketball players for the class of 2018, but there is always a bit of consternation until pen is put to paper and the National Letter of Intent’s are signed.
All of those worries were put to rest yesterday when Jaylen Hoard, Isaiah Mucius, Jamie Lewis, and Sharone Wright, Jr. officially signed their NLI to become Demon Deacons.
The class currently ranks 8th in the nation according to 247Sports, which is the first time since 2010 that has occurred. It is one of the best classes in Wake Forest basketball recruiting history.
Now this is what a Top-10 class looks like!!
