The college football season is quickly approaching, and the preseason watch lists that rank the best players at each position in the country are coming out. Several evenings ago, I joined Mark Rogers and Mike McDaniel to rank the 5 best quarterbacks in the Atlantic Coast Conference.
There was a clear number one in this category, as Deshaun Watson was a unanimous slam dunk for this honor. He threw for more 4,000 yards last season, while completing 68% of his passes, and tossing 35 touchdowns to just 13 interceptions. In addition to his ridiculous arm talent, he ran for more than 1,000 yards and also had double-digit rushing touchdowns.
