The Wake Forest Demon Deacons were very humbled by Texas A&M on Saturday evening, and as a result they will take on Minnesota in an elimination game. The Deacs knocked off the Golden Gophers on Friday afternoon thanks in large part to a terrific outing from starting pitcher Parker Dunshee. Dunshee will not be able to take the mound this afternoon, but hopefully Connor Johnstone will deliver an equally impressive performance.

We greatly hope this isn't our last game thread of the season. If the Deacs are able to knock off Minnesota, they will turn right around and take on Texas A&M later this evening. Hopefully the bats come alive and give Johnstone plenty of run support.
As always, go Deacs!
