Brandon Chubb went undrafted in the 2016 NFL Draft, but his football career is not over. Shortly after the conclusion of the draft, he agreed to a deal with the Los Angeles Rams.
Thank you @RamsNFL for giving me a chance to compete!!! Can't wait to call LA my new home

UDFA LB Brandon Chubb (Wake Forest) agreed to a deal with #Rams.

Chubb is officially listed at 6'1", 235 pounds. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.68 seconds, had a vertical jump of 34 inches, and bench pressed 225-pounds a total of 23 repetitions. Throughout his decorated career at Wake Forest, he finished with 326 tackles, including 19 tackles for loss.
The Rams currently have just five linebackers on their roster, so on paper this seems like an excellent opportunity for Chubb to earn a spot on the 53-man roster. There is still a long way to go, but Chubb should make it until at least August and compete in preseason games. Either way, he now has the opportunity to compete, and that's all you can really ask for.
