Adam: Wake Forest wins 74-68
The Deacs will FINALLY get back on track in front of a small home crowd. Devin Thomas will be so sick of losing that he single handedly dismantles the Seminoles and gets the Deacs a much needed win after a poor stretch.
Bart: Florida State wins 77-74
The Deacs continue to play hard, but turnovers and missed free throws will keep being the difference for Wake. I expected Crawford to keep showing improvement offensively and let's watch and see if we can get any production out of the three on offense as well.
Chris: Florida State wins 74-71
Wake's season is essentially over, and we're playing solely for pride at this point, short of a miracle ACC tournament run. What I'm looking for from here on out is not giving up on games, cutting down on turnovers, and showing considerable improvement on defending the perimeter and entry into the lane.
Jake: Florida State wins 78-70
The Seminoles have 3 guards/wings that are all extremely dangerous if they get going. That's obviously a problem for Wake, whose defense has been as effective as a screen door on a submarine for a majority of the year. I think the UVA game really just smashed the team's will and it'll be tough for them to turn it around. The noon tipoff won't help the dwindling attendance of the past few games
Marc: Wake Forest wins 76-74
This game could easily be a loss, but I'm visualizing the team putting together a strong 40 minutes after giving up in the second half against Clemson. This is the last chance to snap the losing streak (against a pretty good but beatable team) before a three game road trip. And we know how that goes for Wake in the ACC these days. This is the start of the "easy" stretch of ACC play (relatively speaking, of course) as our next 8 games feature matchups against all five of the five worst teams in the ACC not named Wake Forest. Postseason hopes may be shot but we still need wins to stop the bleeding and this is the part of the schedule to do it.
Ned: Wake Forest wins 71-66
Although the season is a lost cause at this point, Wake finally puts together a solid second half and hits its free throws for a win over the Noles.
Samurai: Wake Forest wins 78-72
I believe in them, by golly, and hopefully it's a performance actually befitting of inspiring a 3U3D. Bryant Crawford and Devin Thomas are gonna style on 'em.
Vegas: Florida State is favored by 3 points. Over/Under is 156 points.
Ken Pom: Florida State wins 81-78 (FSU has a 62% chance of winning)
