Go Deacs!

Matt Cashore-USA TODAY Sports

Wake Forest (11-16, 2-13) vs. #23 Notre Dame (18-8, 9-5)

Winston-Salem, North Carolina (LJVM Coliseum)

Time: 9:00 p.m. ET

TV Channel: RSN (Affiliates)

Online Streaming: WatchESPN

Odds: Notre Dame is favored by 7 points. Over/Under is 154 points.

Our beloved Wake Forest Demon Deacons will play yet another ranked opponent tonight. Notre Dame, who enters the contest ranked 23rd in the country, will be the 10th ranked opponent that Wake Forest has played this season. Unfortunately, Wake Forest has won just one of those previous eight contests, and that win came against the Indiana Hoosiers.

The Demon Deacons will once against be without Devin Thomas, who will be serving the second game of his two-game suspension. They will also be without Cornelius Hudson, who has been dismissed from the team. Notre Dame plays at a very methodical pace, but has the most efficient offense in the nation. They limit turnovers, and also do an excellent job of getting high percentage shots near the basket. Wake is going to have to be extremely patient on offense, and hope that Doral Moore and John Collins can provide rim protection.

They are poor on defense, so I expect Bryant Crawford to have another strong performance in this game.

As always, go Deacs!
