The Wake Forest Demon Deacons and Syracuse Orange will compete today in a game that is pivotal to both teams. The teams are a combined 2-7 in ACC play, and have to win today if they want to make it to the NCAA Tournament.

Wake Forest is going to have to do a better job of denying penetration. Mostly because it could lead to kickouts for open three point looks. Syracuse has three players who have attempted more than 100 threes on the year. For comparison, Dinos Mitoglou and Mitchell Wilbekin have each attempted "only" 81 threes on the season.

Wake has do get the ball inside to Devin Thomas, and get the Orange in foul trouble.
