Jayson Tatum, the No. 2 player in the 2016 basketball class chose Duke yesterday over St. Louis, UNC, and Kentucky. A few analysts think that it could be a package deal for Harry Giles and Tatum, as they have become very good friends since rooming together for the U-19 trials and tournament. Giles is currently the No. 1 player in the 2016 class and is considering Wake Forest, Duke, UNC, and Kentucky.
It was a busy weekend for Coach Manning, as he was one of several high level coaches taking in the Peach Jam (featuring Harry Giles, Jayson Tatum, and several other highly ranked recruits for the next few years). Analysts took notice:

Senior Associate Commissioner for Men’s Basketball Operations Paul Brazeau gets it.
