Lee Autry, defensive tackle out of Albemarle, North Carolina, has announced that he is committing to play football at Wake Forest University. He took an official visit to campus on the day of the spring game. He is the 33rd best tackle in the country according to 247's composite rankings. According to his Max Preps page, he had 161 total tackles during his junior season and 152 during his sophomore campaign. His 6'3" 280 pound frame will be welcome as Coach Clawson and his staff look to add depth to Wake's defensive line.
Autry chose Wake Forest over Mississippi State and North Carolina, among others. He will join defensive end Paris Black and offensive tackle T.J. Haney as the current members of Wake's 2015 recruiting class.
