Tight End Devin Pike Commits to Wake Forest

The 2014 Wake Forest recruiting class continues to get better. This morning Kameron Uter committed to the Deacs and this afternoon tight end Devin Pike flipped his commitment from Louisville to Wake Forest.

Devin Pike is a tight end out of Elder High School in  Cincinnati, Ohio and is listed at 6'5", 225 pounds. The tight end, who is a consensus 3-star prospect according to 247, flipped his commitment from Louisville to Wake Forest following his official visit to Wake Forest this past weekend (January 24th-26th).  Pike chose Wake Forest over Louisville, Virginia and Minnesota among others.

Pike will utilize his size and be a viable red zone threat for the Deacs. Based on his film, he also appears to be a good run blocker.
