Deacs Land New 2014 Basketball Commit: Rondale Watson

Wake has received another commitment for the 2014 class in 6'2" SG Rondale Watson out of West Virginia.

Jeff Bzdelik has received another commitment for the Demon Deacons in the Class of 2014 in Rondale Watson. Watson, a junior shooting guard from West Virginia, is listed at 6'2" by a couple of websites who have covered him. Watson currently does not have a Rivals, Scout, or ESPN recruiting page and is listed by VerbalCommits.com as a "composite" (not really sure if this is the correct word, but okay) two star.

Watson appears to have two other offers from Charleston Southern and East Tennessee State. It is unclear when Bzdelik and the rest of the staff offered Rondale, but he marks the third recruit for the Class of 2014 alongside Shelton Mitchell and Isaac Haas. Watson goes to high school at Greenbriar High School.

Let's welcome Rondale to the Wake Forest family. We look forward to Watson coming to Winston-Salem and playing under Jeff Bzdelik and the rest of the staff. This will likely cap off Wake's recruiting for the 2014 season as all scholarship positions are now filled.
