Wake will be looking to get back on track at 12:30 when they take on the ULM Warhawks at BB&T Field. The Deacs enter the game 1-1, as do the Warhawks. Fresh off a big win over Grambling, ULM will be looking to win their first game of the year against an FBS opponent. In the opener the Warhawks were shut out by a solid Oklahoma defense.
Wake comes into the game a three point favorite and the over/under started at 58 this week before dropping to 51 before kickoff. Obviously there were a lot of Wake fans betting the under and driving that total down. Wake will try to establish the ground game again against a ULM rush defense which has struggled in the first two games of the year.
We'll be around all day for this game and others taking place on this beautiful first Saturday in September. Hopefully the Deacs can look good on offense and pull of a victory against a dangerous ULM team lead by highly touted quarterback Kolton Browning.
