It's the moment we've all been waiting for...the schedule for the Wake Forest men's basketball 2011-12 season was released this afternoon. The Deacs have seven games on the ESPN family of networks with another 13 available on ESPN3 (or the ACC Network/Raycom).
The November 24 matchup against Dayton is the first big test for the Deacs and the game will be carried on ESPN2 at 7PM. Wake then immediately travels to Orlando, Fla to participate in the Old Spice Classic, before continuing their road trip for the ACC/Big Ten Challenge @ Nebraska on November 30.
The preseason slate also includes games @High Point, @ Seton Hall and @ UNC-Wilmington, and at home against Richmond, Loyola Maryland, Georgia Southern, NC Central, Gardner-Webb, Yale and Wofford.
The Deacs play at Cameron against Duke in an ESPN-scheduled game on January 19 at 7PM, at home against UNC on ESPNU on January 31 at 9PM and at home against Duke on Febuary 28 on ESPNU at 9PM.
