Wake Forest Heading to Face Nebraska in 2011 ACC-Big 10 Challenge

The schedule for the 2011 ACC-Big 10 Challenge has been released. The challenge will pit the twelve teams from both conferences against one another for the first time (with newcomer Nebraska boosting their conference total to 12 members). Wake Forest is set to travel to Lincoln, Nebraska to take on the Cornhuskers on November 30th. There will be six games on the 29th and six games on the 30th. 

Wake Forest will seek to extend their record in the challenge to 10-2 and currently boast the third best record in the challenge behind Duke's 11-1 record and Boston College's 5-0 record. This will be Nebraska's first game in the series after joining the Big 10 this year from the Big 12. The ACC is 10-2 in the challenge, with the Big 10 sitting at 2-10, however the Big 10 has won the two previous matchups 6-5 in both years.
