Wake-Virginia Tech Recap

In a game so bad Wake Forest couldn't even keep the walk-ons from scoring, the Deacons suffered their largest loss of the season falling 94-65. Wake jumped out to a seven point lead early on, but failed to establish any defensive presence in the first half and fell down by twenty at the half.

It was the third loss in a row for the Demon Deacons who now sit at 0-3 in the ACC on the year and 7-11 overall. There isn't much more to say about the game other than it was poor effort on both ends of the floor, and the coaching left much to be desired.

It's difficult to see the team improve moving forward as it really hasn't stepped up to the plate at this point, 18 games into the season. At some point enough has to be enough and the team will have to improve slightly, at least that's what I keep telling myself to keep my interest high enough to even watch the games. As always, go Deacs.
