Brad Lundblade is a two-star offensive lineman out of Argyle, Texas for the class of 2014. He stands at 6-foot-3, 287 pounds and attends Liberty Christian School.
To date Lundblade has offers from over ten schools (according to Rivals), including one from Wake Forest.
From the highlight clips I have seen it appears that he lines up predominantly at right guard. He possesses a lot of upper body strength which he utilizes effectively, leading to a lot of knockdowns and pancakes. His athleticism seems to also be a big plus, as he pulls a fair amount to seal an edge or lead the way for an outside run. Take a look at how he does this in the video below:
This would be a big strength in the spread option type offense that the Wake offense is switching over to this year. It is easy to see why the staff is intrigued with him due to his body, as well as his intelligence (he boasts a 3.9 GPA at Liberty Christian School).
Lundblade is visiting Wake Forest this week and plans to make a decision on where to attend college shortly after.
Nevada, San Diego State, SMU, and Wake Forest have been recruiting the hardest (and have offered). He has also drawn a lot of interest from multiple Big 12 schools as well.
