Wake Forest freshman forward Devin Thomas had minor knee surgery on Tuesday afternoon. Thomas is expected to miss 4-6 weeks but make a full recovery for the 2012-13 season. The arthroscopic procedure cleaned up loose fragments in Thomas' knee. The procedure was performed at the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center by team physician Dr. David Martin. "This was a routine procedure to remove some loose cartilage fragments from Devin's knee," said Martin. "We wanted to be proactive with this to get him ready for the season."
