I left Tuesday night’s practice with about 15 minutes remaining to beat the rain, but apparently left too soon. It didn’t rain after all and Chase, as I found out tonight, limped off the field in the final moments. Trainer Don Steelman said Chase hurt his knee and that an MRI will be performed either tonight or tomorrow. "Who knows?’’ Grobe said. "Stuff happens. That’s the deal. "Hopefully he’ll get a good result from his MRI and won’t have any real serious damage. Hopefully it’s just a sprain, and he’ll be back pretty quick. "I thought the good news was he got up and walked off the field without limping. He really didn’t have any problems walking off the field. I’ve seen it go a million different ways, but that’s probably a pretty good indication when he’s able to walk normally off the field.’‘
