Wake Forest Demon Deacons at Clemson Tigers, Jan 28, 2012 12:00 PM EST

The Deacs are losers of four of their last five. Clemson broke a three-game losing streak with a win over Georgia Tech last Saturday and have had a week off to prepare for this one. Here's hoping Wake can go into Littlejohn and stun the Tigers.

Actually...just revealed Ty is good to go!!!

The rest of the time has been spent waiting for Scott Wortman of the Wake media relations department to find out the latest on Ty Walker. Scott just walked up and said that Walker is good to go, and that the battery of tests conducted yesterday and today have revealed no medical reason for him not to play. I asked if he will start, and Scott said he thought he would.

We are just so lazy on defense. Can’t defend the pick and roll by going under the screens.

I heard a few of the team’s statistical leaders claim last year taught them what level of effort it takes to compete in the ACC. I don’t think so. They don’t play tough defense on every position and they don’t move enough on the offensive end to effectively run the motion offense. You can’t lazily win ACC basketball games.

How long shall we suffer?

Dino wins 24 and 20 games respectively in last 2 seasons. Only 2 losing seasons in last 19 seasons for Wake. 5 out of last 9 years, we end the season ranked in top 25. How can we fall this far this fast? Help. Go Deacs.
