This offseason, Grobe made only one change, but it could turn out to be the biggest of his decade-long tenure at Wake. After Brad Lambert’s recent departure to become the head coach of the Charlotte 49ers’ brand-new gridiron program, Grobe brought in Lonnie Galloway, the receivers coach at West Virginia for the past three seasons. The addition of Galloway will impact the program in many ways, potentially breathing life into the offense, helping the defense and adding recruiting firepower.
