While Harris played great and helped carry this team to a bowl victory earlier this year, I think Pendergrass has such an impressive skill set and he will take over and be the lead running back this coming year.

I agree. I think we might want to look into turning adams into a slot reciever – he has got excellent speed and burst in the open field but has difficultly running between the tackles.

I pick Harris

Ask around who the fastest and the strongest of the 3 backs are? I would like to see a little more of a ball control offense this year capitalizing on the strength of the offensive line, fullback and the depth at runningback. Also , the spread works when you have 4 or 5 weapons at the receiver spot If you don’t put all the pressue on Riley I believe he can be more effective, because of his smarts.
So lets put on your hard hats grab your lunch box and go to work on pounding the ball at the opponent’s defense and take the pressure off our own

I really think all three have different strengths and using them all will help the team the most. I wouldn’t even be averse to using them in some sort of wishbone formation—maybe I’m just partial to the wishbone since our high school team used it, but I think having all three in at the same time will force the defense to stay honest.

Bah da da da da da da da, Go Deacs.
